Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of jubilee.ing and to services from Jubilee Digital Studio LLC ("Jubilee," "we," "us"), based in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. By using the site or hiring us, you agree to them.

1. Our services

We provide content production and marketing services, including video, photography, social media content, content strategy, and websites. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any project are set in a written proposal, statement of work, or agreement. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

2. Quotes and bookings

Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A shoot date is reserved only once the agreement is signed and any required deposit is paid. Travel within 15 miles of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio is included in standard pricing; travel beyond that is quoted up front.

3. Payments

Payments are made through Stripe or another method we agree on. Unless your agreement says otherwise, invoices are due on receipt. Retainers renew monthly on the terms in your agreement. We may pause work or hold final files until overdue balances are paid.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are set in your agreement. If none are stated, deposits are non-refundable, and a shoot may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Weather and safety issues are rescheduled at no extra cost.

5. Revisions

Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in your agreement (typically one). Feedback should be given in one consolidated round, using timestamped comments for video. Additional revisions or changes in direction may be billed separately.

6. Ownership and usage

Once you've paid in full, you receive the usage rights to final deliverables described in your agreement. Unless the agreement says otherwise, Jubilee keeps ownership of raw footage, unused material, project files, and our templates and methods. We may show finished work in our portfolio and on our channels unless you ask us in writing not to.

You confirm that you have the rights to any logos, music, images, or other materials you give us to use, and that people and locations you arrange for a shoot have agreed to be filmed or photographed.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback, and access to the people, locations, and accounts needed to do the work. Delays on your side may shift the timeline.

8. Results

We work hard to grow your audience and business, but we can't guarantee specific results like follower counts, views, leads, or sales. Social platforms change their rules and algorithms, and that's outside our control.

9. Using this website

Everything on jubilee.ing (text, photos, videos, design, and logos) belongs to Jubilee or our clients and is protected by copyright. Don't copy or reuse it without written permission. Don't use the site to send spam, break the law, or interfere with how the site works.

10. Text messages

Our SMS program is covered by our SMS terms. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

11. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Jubilee isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Summit County, Ohio.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Your agreement in effect at the time of a project still applies to that project.
