Jubilee Digital Studio LLC ("Jubilee," "we," "us") is a content studio based in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. This policy covers jubilee.ing, our forms, our text messaging program, and the services we provide to clients.

1. What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, apply, request a quote, book a call, text us, or sign an agreement, we collect details like your name, email, phone number, business name, role, project details, budget range, files you upload (briefs, schedules, brand guides), and anything you write in a message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect standard usage data: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location (city or region), device and browser type, and campaign tags (UTM parameters). We use cookies and similar tools for this.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Client content. When we shoot for you, we handle footage, photos, and brand assets you share or that we create together.

2. How we use it

• To answer your inquiry, send quotes, and schedule calls and shoots.
• To deliver our services, share files, and collect feedback and revisions.
• To send invoices and process payments.
• To send updates, reminders, and occasional offers by email or text, if you've agreed to receive them.
• To understand how people find and use our site so we can improve it.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and fraud.

3. Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may text you about your inquiry, bookings, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information is shared only with service providers that run our messaging platform, solely to deliver messages to you.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

• Website hosting and form handling (Netlify)
• CRM, messaging, and scheduling (HighLevel / LeadConnector, Calendly)
• Payments (Stripe)
• File storage and email (Google Workspace / Google Drive)
• Analytics (Google Analytics and our reporting tools)
• Contract editors and crew working on your project, under confidentiality

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics and similar tools to see how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

6. Your work in our portfolio

Unless your agreement with us says otherwise, we may show finished work we created for you in our portfolio and on our social channels. If you'd like something kept private, tell us and we'll respect it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information as long as it's useful for following up, and client records as long as needed for the project, taxes, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

8. Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email.
• Stop text messages by replying STOP.
• Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us.

9. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Our site and services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
