Design
We design the site in Figma — homepage first, then interior pages — and present it for review. You see the full design before any code is written.
Development
We build the site cleanly, optimize for speed and SEO, integrate any forms or CRM tools, and prepare for launch.
Launch & Aftercare
We migrate the site, set up redirects, run final QA, and launch. Post-launch we offer maintenance and ongoing optimization plans.
Common questions about website design & development
How long does a website project take?
A typical small business website takes 6–10 weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger projects with custom functionality, e-commerce, or extensive content can take 12+ weeks. We'll give a realistic timeline at the start of the project.
Do you build on Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, or custom?
It depends on the project. For most small business sites, Webflow gives the best balance of design flexibility, performance, and easy editing. For e-commerce we use Shopify. For content-heavy sites, WordPress can be the right call. We'll recommend what fits — not just what we're comfortable with.
Can you make our site rank on Google for Cleveland and Northeast Ohio searches?
We build sites with strong on-page SEO foundations — fast load times, semantic HTML, structured data, optimized titles and descriptions, mobile responsiveness, and properly set up image alt text. For competitive local search rankings, ongoing SEO work and content (like blog posts and location pages) is what moves the needle. We can include that as part of the launch or as an ongoing engagement.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes. We build sites with content management so you can update text, swap photos, add blog posts, and edit common things without needing to call us. For more complex changes (new sections, design updates, new features), we offer maintenance plans.
Do you offer hosting and maintenance?
Yes. Most clients stay on a maintenance plan after launch, which covers hosting, security, backups, performance monitoring, and a set number of update hours per month. Or if you'd rather host and maintain it yourself, we'll hand off everything you need.
