How much does social media management cost?

Pricing depends on scope — number of platforms, posting frequency, whether content shoots are included, and whether you want community management. Most small business engagements fall in a monthly retainer range that's competitive with hiring a junior in-house social manager. We give a fixed quote after a discovery call.

Do you handle Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn?

Yes. Instagram is most common for our clients, but we manage Facebook for nearly all of them as well. TikTok and LinkedIn are platform-specific and we offer them when they fit the strategy — not just because someone told you to be on them.

Will you take photos and shoot video for our posts?

Yes. Original content shoots are a common add-on. We come to your business, capture a batch of photo and video assets that fuel a month's worth of posts, and edit everything in-house.

Can we still post our own content alongside what you make?

Absolutely. Many clients post stories, behind-the-scenes content, and personal updates themselves while we handle the strategic, branded feed posts. We'll often coach you on what to post on your own to complement the plan.

How quickly do you respond to DMs and comments?

If community management is part of your engagement, our standard SLA is responding to DMs and comments within one business day. For time-sensitive requests like product questions or booking inquiries, we coordinate handoff with you so leads don't fall through the cracks.
