Absolutely. Many clients post stories, behind-the-scenes content, and personal updates themselves while we handle the strategic, branded feed posts. We'll often coach you on what to post on your own to complement the plan.
If community management is part of your engagement, our standard SLA is responding to DMs and comments within one business day. For time-sensitive requests like product questions or booking inquiries, we coordinate handoff with you so leads don't fall through the cracks.
